The White House has announced nearly $454 billion in federal funding through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), including over 56,000 specific projects and awards across more than 4,500 communities in the United States.

Henrico, VA – Today, Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) kicked off Infrastructure Week by delivering $725,000 to Henrico County to support broadband deployment and help close the digital divide. The federal funding will support the County’s Universal Broadband Deployment project to extend fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) infrastructure to 412 serviceable units.
