Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) voted against H.R. 4468, the so-called “Choice in Automobile Retail Sales Act” The Republican bill prohibits the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from finalizing its proposal to strengthen emissions standards for light- and medium-duty vehicles.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) voted to advance H.R. 6212, the National Quantum Initiative Reauthorization Act out of the the House Science, Space and Technology Committee. H.R. 6212 included her bipartisan Expand QISET Act as an amendment.
