The program serves as an opportunity to recognize women in Virginia’s Fourth Congressional District who make meaningful contributions to their communities and improve the lives of those around them.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Representatives Jennifer McClellan (VA-04), Robert C. “Bobby” Scott (VA-03), Valerie Foushee (NC-04), and Kathy Manning (NC-06) called on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to require a new certificate application from Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) for its “redesigned” Southgate Project – a natural gas pipeline extension that would run from southern Virginia into northwestern North Carolina.
