Richmond, VA – Today, Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) delivered $1,500,000 in Community Project Funding (CPF) checks to Virginia Passenger Rail Authority (VPRA) and Richmond International Airport (RIC) for transportation infrastructure upgrades to their facilities.
