Congresswoman McClellan launches Valentines for Veterans program
Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan is working to ensure that every Veteran in the 4th District enjoys a heartfelt Valentine’s Day.
This year, McClellan introduced the 2025 Valentines for Veterans initiative, aimed at creating and delivering Valentine’s Day cards to veterans living in Virginia’s Fourth Congressional District.
Residents are invited to participate in spreading the love by sending or delivering Valentine’s Day cards to McClellan’s Richmond or Brunswick District Offices by February 7, 2025. Congresswoman McClellan and her staff will then deliver these Valentines on Valentine’s Day to veteran-serving organizations throughout the Fourth District.
“Virginia is home to one of the largest populations of active-duty servicemembers and veterans in the nation, and many of them can be found in Virginia’s Fourth,” said Congresswoman McClellan. “I’m excited to launch the 2025 Valentines for Veterans Program to give back to veterans in our communities and spread a little holiday cheer. Please consider gifting a Valentine’s Day card to express gratitude to our veterans and their service. These messages serve as a reminder that we recognize and appreciate the sacrifice our troops make every day.”
